Germany — residential and business sites
Telephone line installation, in-building cabling and fault clearing. Planned before we drill, measured before we leave.
Four things customers ask us for by name. Scope and cost are confirmed in writing before a technician is scheduled.
From the house entry point to the socket in the room you actually use.
Additional outlets, riser cabling and tidy routing through existing ducts where possible.
Crackling, dead line, line that drops: we measure the in-building section and find where it fails.
Multi-line offices, branch fit-outs and moves, scheduled around your opening hours.
Scope is set after a site check. We do not quote on the phone without seeing the route.
What the work looks like between the enquiry and the dial tone.
The person who surveys the route is from the same team that installs it. No handover to an unknown subcontractor between the quote and the appointment.
We walk the run with you, mark the drill points and the socket position, then start. Nothing goes through a wall you did not approve.
Every line is tested and the values go into a handover protocol you keep — useful if you ever have to argue a fault with your provider.
Book appointments, follow the technician's visit status, file and track service requests, and open your invoices and contracts in one place.
Dust sheets down, cores vacuumed, furniture back where it was. You should not be able to tell we were there apart from the new socket.
You get a window and a notification when the technician is on the way, instead of a whole day blocked out waiting.
Tell us the address type — flat, house, office — and what is missing: no line, a bad line, or a socket in the wrong room.
Simple jobs we clarify from photos of the house entry point and the room. Anything with a riser, a courtyard or multiple floors gets a technician on site.
You receive the work scope, the materials and the cost in writing, with an installation window. Nothing is ordered before you confirm.
Cable laid, socket set, line measured, protocol signed. The job, the documents and the invoice stay visible in the service app.
Line had been crackling for weeks. The technician measured the run from the basement up and found a damaged section in the riser, replaced it the same visit and left the readings on paper.
We moved the office to the first floor. They came in on a Saturday morning, cabled all eight workstations and labelled every port, so our IT person knew exactly what went where on Monday.
Old flat, no empty ducts. They showed me where they would run the skirting channel before drilling anything and it looks tidy. The appointment window held.
For anything that touches the building fabric outside your flat, such as the riser or a wall core, yes. We tell you exactly which drill points and which runs need approval, so you can ask once instead of three times.
Often, yes. We measure the existing run first. If it carries the line cleanly we reuse it and you pay for less material; if it fails the measurement we show you the reading and the alternative route.
Someone with access to the rooms and the distributor needs to be present at the start and at handover, because the socket position and the drill points are confirmed in person and the protocol is signed at the end.
No. We build and maintain the physical line and the cabling inside the building. Your contract, number and tariff stay with your provider — our measurement protocol is what you send them if they dispute a fault.
Before the walls close. Planning the ducts and the distributor position during the shell phase costs almost nothing; cutting them in afterwards is the expensive version.
Describe the site and the problem. We come back with questions or a proposed scope — no obligation.
Thank you — someone from the technical team will get in touch shortly with the next step.
